Delivery

I ship to the majority of countries around the world, but the delivery service and time frames differ per destination. I utilise a variety of couriers for our international deliveries and, where possible, opt for final mile carriers with the highest service level in each country.

N.B. Delivery to the U.K. has been suspended pending further clarification regarding trade tariffs and tax liability after Brexit. Apologies for any inconvenience.

Your order will usually be sent out the next (working) day, but during busy times it may be within 2 (working) days - please note during peak times dispatch times may be longer. This service is based on working days after the moment you place your order online.

 

Please note some items are handmade to order. For these items, I will aim to dispatch orders within a maximum of 3 working days.

Please note turnaround time does not include postage time. Postage is from the time your order is fulfilled. 

 

On the very rare occasion your item is going to be delayed I will do my best to contact you to advise of this.

 

I cannot be held responsible for any postal delays but will always aim to have your order delivered within the times stated. I recommend ordering in plenty of time if the item is a gift for an occasion to allow for any unforeseen delays, postal or otherwise.
